Mech culture is sweeping the city once again! Mech Exhibition 2026 (Hong Kong) lands in Causeway Bay! Organized by threezero, the event is presented in collaboration with Good Smile Company, Kotobukiya, MegaHouse, and YOLOPARK, along with six member units of the Hong Kong Toy Brands Association (HKBTA): Devil Toys, Ember Toys, Gimans Care, Pose+, Toyzeroplus, and Tiny. From Friday, April 3rd, to Sunday, April 26th, they will be setting up at Amaz By Lokianno in Causeway Bay. The event will feature a range of popular mech model prototypes and exclusive merchandise, with Japanese modeler NAOKI and toy reviewer Wotafa making an appearance on Saturday, April 4th, for a sharing session and autograph signing, promising to reignite the fever for mechs.
Popular Mech Series Unite with Multiple Displays of Figurines
Mech Exhibition 2026 (Hong Kong), brought to you by threezero and featuring four major mech brands from Hong Kong and Japan, will encompass numerous classic and popular mech series, including Transformers, Evangelion: New Theatrical Edition, Patlabor, Cyber Formula, Armored Trooper VOTOMS, Mashin Hero Wataru, and GRIDMAN UNIVERSE, spanning different eras and styles to showcase the evolution of mech culture from the classic to the contemporary. WAVE Corporation will also be displaying model works at the venue to further enrich the exhibition content.
The Transformers DLX Shockwave model figurine makes its debut at this exhibition, along with YOLOPARK presenting the AMK PRO series Voltes V: Legacy Voltes V product launch. The exhibition will also showcase popular works such as the Transformers DLX Ironhide and Marvel Studios: The Infinity Saga DLX Iron Man Mark 7 (Battle Damage Version), among others, adding more highlights to the event. Some of these displays are pre-release prototypes or trial versions, allowing viewers to appreciate up close the intricate designs, paint finishes, and mechanical structures, experiencing the artisan spirit behind the model craftsmanship.
Huge Mech Statues Dominate the Exhibition Space, Creating an Immersive Visual Experience
In addition to model displays, the venue will also feature several gigantic statues, adding a stunning visual impact to the exhibition. This includes the world's first display of the 1:1 Cyber Formula Super Asurada AKF-11 (Black Ver.) and Evangelion: New Theatrical Edition ROBO-DOU Test Type-01 (Final Battle Ver.), along with the towering 2.1-meter-tall Patlabor Ingram Unit-01. These large-scale installations are scattered throughout the exhibition area, creating a layered display space that makes viewers feel as if they've stepped into the world of mechs.

Renowned Japanese Modeler NAOKI and Star Toy Reviewer Wotafa Visit Hong Kong for Up-Close Sharing Sessions on Model Creation and Toy Culture Topics
The exhibition has specially invited Japanese professional modeler and multi-faceted creator NAOKI to Hong Kong. With over 20 years of modeling experience, NAOKI has participated in the design of the Gundam Build Fighters series and created the original model project TITANOMACHIA, exerting a profound influence in the field of model design and creation.
The event will also feature the attendance of popular toy reviewer Wotafa, known for his fast-paced and content-rich reviews. Over the years, he has shared reviews of popular toys and models such as Gundam and Transformers, capturing the hearts of global audiences with his easy-to-understand explanations and unique style.
